From the Collection: Home for the Holidays

See things that don’t always go on display!

Join us after hours for an informal, facilitated exploration of objects, photographs, documents, and other treasures from our collection. Each gathering will explore a different theme and invite participants to look closely, share observations, and discover stories together using Visual Thinking Routines.

Our December theme is Home for the Holidays. We’ll explore photographs, decorations, recipes, advertisements, and other items that offer a glimpse into how people in Clinton and Kirkland decorated, gathered, cooked, celebrated, and made themselves at home during the holiday season over the years.

No previous knowledge of local history is required—just bring your curiosity!

Free and open to the public; all ages are welcome. Space is limited; reservations are required. Please register below.
