Clinton is Kraft Hockeyville USA 2018!<\/strong>
<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

After a successful 100 Years of Hockey Celebration, we entered Clinton in the Kraft Hockeyville USA 2018 contest, and won! The contest win awards $150,000 in rink upgrades to the Clinton Arena, and will allow the Clinton Arena to host an NHL pre-season game between the Columbus Blue Jackets and Buffalo Sabres, to be held on Tuesday, September 25th, 2018<\/strong>. For the past three years, Kraft has awarded funds and recognition to hockey communities around the nation. They know that communities build hockey, and hockey builds communities. For 2018, finalist communities were selected, and asked to tell their stories of hockey history, as well as our area\u2019s dedication to the sport. Because of the votes we received, and the wonderful stories we all shared, Clinton was chosen as the 2018 winner.
