Local Photographer Zach Lewis will be exhibiting his photographs of Clinton at the Clinton Historical Society from July 1 to September 4.
The show “Walking Around With a Camera: Clinton Edition” will feature photographs of scenic views of the village and some never-before-displayed photographs of Clinton, New York from Lewis’s photo archive. Lewis currently lives in Clinton and he sets out to capture the beauty of the area through the lens of his camera. There will be an opening reception at the Clinton Historical Society on Saturday, July 1 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
In addition to being a photographer, Lewis is an English as a Second Language teacher. His photographs have been displayed in the Part-Time Faculty Exhibition at PrattMWP in Utica, the Utica Public Library and the Waterville Public Library. Lewis has been featured in Mohawk Valley Living Magazine and TV Show and The Clinton Courier’s “The People Issue” magazine. For more about Lewis’s photography, visit www.zachlewisonline.com.
The Clinton Historical Society is located at 1 Fountain Street, Clinton. Summer hours are Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
